LegalForge provides on-demand legal document drafting services. We generate professional legal documents including NDAs, LLC Operating Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, Demand Letters, Privacy Policies, and Terms of Service based on information you provide.
LegalForge is a document preparation service, not a law firm. Documents generated are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. We recommend having any legal document reviewed by a qualified attorney before signing.
Because documents are generated digitally and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. If your document was not generated due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 48 hours and we will regenerate it at no charge or issue a full refund.
One-time document purchases are non-cancellable once generated. Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
You agree not to use LegalForge to generate documents for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Documents generated using your information are yours to use. LegalForge retains ownership of the platform, software, and templates.
LegalForge is not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated documents. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the document in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
