Refund & Dispute Policy

Our Policy

LegalForge generates legal documents digitally and delivers them immediately upon payment. Because of this instant delivery, all sales are generally final.

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund if:

• Your document was not generated due to a technical error on our end
• You were charged but received no document
• You were charged more than once for the same document

How to Request a Refund

Email support@legalforge.com within 48 hours of purchase with:

• Your name and email address used at checkout
• The document type purchased
• A description of the issue

We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Contacting us first allows us to resolve the issue faster than the chargeback process.

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
